On Wednesdays we will move through the practice in a gentle, yet focused way: using classical pranayama and Himalayan Kundalini Kriya techniques we will reach for subtle dimensions within our being, chant Vedic mantras and conclude with meditation practice – gentle yet powerful way to start a day.

Our Fridays will include ancient Himalayan practices that are energizing, empowering, we will cut through the shadows and dissolve little stories that are no longer serving us. Locate your inner invincibility!

Saturday morning, we will take it easy – will shake off the weeks’ worth of residue, breathe into weekend, set an intention for our rest, rejuvenate, access the flow state.

Gentle Prenatal and Antenatal Pranayama practice And Chakra sadhana Coming soon!

Some people say – running is my meditation, or it is gardening, or taking ice baths, or drawing and painting. All these activities are great to ground, to learn to control the senses, to calm the nervous system, however, one also should meet themselves in silence, in stillness.

When we learn, little by little, to center our attention, to transcend the chatter in our minds, we get to know our True Self. The layers of conditioning suddenly become irrelevant, the limiting identifications (I am woman, I am man, I am office worker, I am driver etc) dissolve – and here we are no longer confined by our bodily expression, no longer described by society’s rules, no longer need to modify ourselves to fit in – we simply are – the never ceasing energy – pure and intelligent, Intelligence itself.

And once these layers and systems created by our minds dissolve – we realise we are supported. We in our bodies – like in temporary coats – are finite expression of the Infinity of Universe – never ceasing, never ending. We are like a spring bud on the tree – in winter it is not there – but when time comes – it arises, it manifests itself as a fragrant blossom, later as a fruit. Where was it before it sprung and bloomed? Where was it when branches were naked? Was it compressed into the tree in its flowery form? Or was it a part of the colorless sap – the vital pranic source?

We have been here always, there is nothing new. In meditation we shed the layers of false clothing and connect to the wisdom that has always been within.

Meet Yourself in stillness.
