Erika was growing up surrounded by nature, books, music and family trips to the cinema (her first memories of India are some Bollywood movie when she was around 3 years of age – her mum and dad always used to take her with them). Little did she know, that almost 3 decades later she will be traveling to India on her own for the very first time (and then few more to follow ) and how much on that journey she will discover about herself.

“What you seek, is seeking you” once said her teacher, and this could not be truer – what we pay our attention to, we see more in our lives of. When we stop to rush and start to actually pay our attention – the supreme currency of life – to what is surrounding us, we can see a clear reflection of our inner journey: the people we spend time with, the conversations we are having, the flame of inspiration we are experiencing, how we walk on earth – all this is a reflection of  – how we are relating to the world, to each other, to ourselves.

As we refine our nervous system through meditation and breathwork life is no longer a burdensome experience, but is an opportunity to grow, to evolve, to seek and find.

In Here and Now there are practices used by Himalayan yogis for thousands of years – tested, experienced – and available to you. Why not to be a scientist and explore these practices? Between inhalation and exhalation our life is lived. In the quality of the breath, the quality of life is hidden.

Erika has completed her formal Yoga Teacher Training in Sattva Yoga Academy, in foothills of Himalayas, India.  Her 500hr training included asana, Vedic Tantric transcendental Wisdom, Sattva meditation, Hatha Vinyasa, Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, extensive training in Pranayama techniques, Vedic mantra, Laya and Chi movement/ kriya.
