Meet your guide, Erika
Erika has studied in India, in foothills of Himalayas, with Master Anand Mehrotra and other great teachers from all over the world. Having completed 500hrs of formal training in Kriya yoga, Himalayan Kundalini, Laya, Naad, Hatha Vinyasa and Sattva Meditation, Erika has a great library of time tested practices that can help you on the path of evolution.
Erika has traveled to India more than 12 times since 2019. She started her journey as a solo traveler and explored cities, towns and villages in states of Jammu and Kashmir to Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Madya Pradesh and Kerala. Erika loves traveling solo as it allows the journey to be experienced on a very deep personal level – meeting people, exploring the well-known and also places of very beaten path, getting to know local culture, customs, belief systems, and, most importantly – the beauty and generosity of local people.

Why travel with Erika?
During the travels and explorations Erika has made a lot of trustworthy connections with people from all walks of life, in every corner she has traveled to; and even though it was never her plan to bring other people on journeys with her, people started to seek her advice and company out, so slowly, little by little she started to organize journeys in India with others too. Erika has made a commitment for this endeavor to never become a commercialized run of a mill experience, but rather deeply moving journeys where she takes other travelers to places, that no other tour guide can offer.

Erika has taken travelers to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Riishikesh, Almora (foothills of Himalays), Varanasi, Khajuraho, Orchha, Kerala (Kochin, Allepey and Munnar) and now to a breath taking and very unexplored yet Kashmir – a place, surrounded by mid-range of Himalays, often also called the Crown of India. Her groups are small (so far she only travels with up to 7 other travelers), yet very diverse: from 15 (accompanied by an adult) to over 60 years of age: she tailors the routs and places of visit in efficient and beginner friendly way, with increasing challenges and amplitudes as the journeys unfold: however, there is always a room to slow down and rest.
Breath practises and yoga classes
I thank you for making it here, now.
All practices are personalized – to meet you wherever you are at on your path of evolution.
Whatever you are seeking, is seeking you.
We are just walking each other home.
Ram Dass
No matter how separated we may sometimes feel, we really are just extensions of each other, sharing our experience, our discoveries, our vision and paths. We may all walk in different speeds, and this is all ok, there is nowhere to rush. Once we realise that the only time we have is now, time expands, limitations dissolve.
In Here and Now there are practices used by Himalayan yogis for thousands of years – tested, experienced – and available to you. Why not to be a scientist and explore these practices? Between inhalation and exhalation our life is lived. In the quality of the breath, the quality of life is hidden.
Explore.
Let’s walk each other home.
Healing takes time, it’s a process, lifelong some times. Many times.
When we are walking this path, it may feel like there is some setbacks, fluctuations, regression. But this is only a part of a journey, not an obstacle, but rather a possibility to grow, to expand. So don’t get discouraged. You are always on the way home. Always.
In Here and Now there are practices used by Himalayan yogis for thousands of years – tested, experienced – and available to you. Why not to be a scientist and explore these practices? Between inhalation and exhalation our life is lived. In the quality of the breath, the quality of life is hidden.
Life of freedom, inner health, sense of purpose is your birthright.
No more waiting rooms, hesitation, playing small.
All our life is between inhalation and exhalation
Inhale and Exhale.
Notice, how is your body today.
Inhale and Exhale.
The medicine is already within you.
YOU are the medicine.
You are already whole.

And even though this full has come out of that full,
that full maintains its fullness
